Kegel exercises are those which strengthens your pubococcygeus muscles also known as PC muscles, located on your pelvic floor. The main advantages of this kegel men exercise is, it will improve the incontinence, get stronger erections and fight premature ejaculation.The first and fore most thing that has to be done before starting the kegel men exercise is, identifying the PC muscles.

You can locate your PC muscles in an easier way, try to stop your urination in midstream. The muscles you feel contracting are your PC muscles. Still can't identify the PC muscles, then try to insert a finger in your anus and try to squeeze your finger. If you feel your finger being squeezed, you're flexing your PC muscles. 

Kegel men exercises generally involve squeezing, holding and gradually releasing the PC muscles. Try to squeeze and hold the PC muscles for 10 seconds and do 10 repetitions. You should feel a sense of letting go when you release your squeeze. Start off by squeezing your PC muscles, holding for 3 or 4 seconds and then letting go. The first time you squeeze your PC, you'll probably only hold it for 3 or 4 seconds.  Squeeze your PC muscles as hard as you can and see how long you can hold it. Once you know your limit, you can begin building an exercise plan to increase the time that you hold the muscles. 

Try to spare 5 minutes for this kegel men exercise for your PC muscles, three or four times a day. By practicing, try doing this for 20 to 30 seconds, averaging about one squeeze per second. When you get comfortable, speed up your contractions also.
